Training and Warm-Up Information
Training pitches will be available to pre-book with footballs and cones provided for all competing teams.
Equipment
Warm-up footballs will be provided pre-match at the venues.
Competition Format
Mini-league round-robin format. The top team from each group will progress to a semi-final. All other teams will play a ‘placing game’ after the groups. The competition will be limited to no more than 12 teams. If there are fewer than 12 teams, historical computations will be used in order to give teams as equal a number of games as possible.
Women's Groups:
A: Orkney, Gozo, Guernsey, Froya
B: Bermuda, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Shetland
C: Western Isles, Menorca, Ynys Mon, Hitra
Men's Groups:
A: Orkney, Isle of Man, Hitra, Froya
B: Jersey, Guernsey, Gozo, Shetland
C: Ynys Mon, Menorca, Western Isles, Bermuda

Please bring footwear suitable for grass and all-weather pitches.
